Our current situation and future deployment

In the past, we have worked on both software and hardware development, and also widely developed applied technologies in control systems such as PC, PLC and FA equipments installed in major manufacturing factories. Nowadays, with various technologies used on production equipments and logistic systems, control systems are essential in the industry in order to improve the productivity and quality of the goods.
In addition, these days, customers’ expectations on our technology have been increasing more and more because of the consideration on environmental protection and energy-saving.
After our business expansion into China in 2003, we got many opportunities from foreign customers and have been providing technologies to several Asian countries such as Singapore, Thai, Vietnam, Indonesia, Taiwan or Korea… Since these markets are expected to be much larger, we will continue to enlarge our business into foreign countries aggressively.
In order to do so, we plan to nurture engineers to learn high-level skills as well as an international sensitivity.
I welcome a person who would be ambitious to become the next president of Kanatec.

My Work Ethic

I think people should have a dream in life and one in career. Life would be boring if you don’t enjoy your job or have interests in it. And it would be difficult to enjoy your job to the fullest if you have no career goals. It is necessary to keep your effort focused on your goals and dreams. Another important thing is to contribute to the society through your job. As it is a business, you have to get a profit and need to be of help in the society. If you join us, you will get an actual feeling that you are helping the society through your work, which is to develop industrial devices and software to improve the productivity, environment, and energy-saving efficiency. This feeling would never be replaceable with money.
You can feel it only through a worthwhile job experience. I believe that, “pursuing personal dream and a contribution to the society,” these two are very important in people’s lives.

Personal I want to work together

I recognize that my employees’ ability is the asset of my company. Therefore, I would like my employees to keep trying and improving themselves continuously. When company profit goes up, the benefits are returned to my employees as incomes, and are also used for the education for employees. Then the know-how will be accumulated more and more inside the company, and we as a company will be able to grow bigger, with higher-level technologies and larger number of employees. That exactly establish the‘good spiral’. And most of all, I want my employees to work for long period of time in my company. In order to acquire high-level skills, it is the best way that you stay with a certain company for long term.
Since the accumulation of knowledge is especially important in technology field, we are planning to nurture high-motivated people on the basis of long term employment. I want potential applicants to work for us for long time and eventually be the core personnel of the organization in the future. I hope to meet motivated people who have the same thoughts as mine.
